Hey..i am international student in Southern California. i am looking to another university to transfer because many reasons. first, the rent is too much expensive, especially out off campus. alhtough i have a scholarship but the rent is unaffordable. i am looking for a place that has a similar weather from california, cheaper apartments, has some attractions for fun and that’s it. please help me to find a university and a place that fit with my interest.
    thanks
