I am not certain if I am submitting this in the correct area, but I am getting ready to move to the United States and am wanting to secure jobs in the information technology industry. I have a job lead with a organization (LTJ Management, LLC, 900 Congress Ave, Suite L-150, Austin, TX 78701 (512) 895-9500) and wanted some views on the best way to research them to discover if they might be a great business to work for. I've searched on their web site, but thought someone here might have some other tips on exactly where to look. Thank you.

Sometimes I contemplate if folks truly take time to publish something original, or are they only just dishing out words to fill a site. This certainly doesn't fit that mold. Thank you for taking the time to write with awareness. Now And Then I look at a page and question whether they even proofread it.Fantastic work with this article.

Good advice for graduates. I think that its important that graduates are trying to enhance their CV prior to actually graduating. They are at University for at least 3 years with a considerable about of spare time. Surely a student could be making the most of this time and get relevant experience? I thin that students should be concentrating on this more in order to set themselves apart from others. Especially in the media jobs industry which is extremely competitive.

This is fantastic advice, as many graduates (including myself) have not updated their CVs since school. It is also important to brush up on your interview technique, as a CV alone will not land you a graduate job. Get advice from graduate recruitment experts who have up to date information on exactly what employers are looking for.

One thing I would add is that once you've gotten your resume up to scratch, make sure you study it and know it inside out when you're going into a graduate jobs interview. Same with your application, take a photocopy once you've filled it in and study that. The chances are, your interviewer will refer directly to your resume or application and you have to be familiar with it.
