Want to become a US citizen? Plan to in the future?
Anyone who fills out the Application for Naturalization (Form N-400) from now on will take a redesigned naturalization test that was unveiled in 2007.
The test includes 100 questions about US government and history. During the naturalization interview, applicants will be asked up to 10 questions.
Here’s a couple of samples:
- How many justices are on the Supreme Court?
- What is an amendment?
See if you know the answers to these and 8 other questions on a free US citizenship quiz.
Or get the entire list of 100 questions which the US Citizenship and Immigration Services will choose from to ask. You’ll also get explanations for each correct answer.
Of course, studying these 100 questions is a must for anyone who intends to become a US citizen. But the questions also can be useful for international students in the US.
Once you master these questions, you’ll have at least a basic understanding of American civics.
Good luck!
